Each local pick up order takes about 1 to 2 business days to fulfill - with the exception of baby boxes. We’ll send you an email when your order is ready for pick up!
Orders that need to be shipped can take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days to be packed. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number when it’s been shipped out. Once your package is with its carrier, we have no control over the shipping timeline.
Our shipping rates include:
Ontario - $13 flat rate fee with free shipping on orders over $150.
The rest of Canada & USA - $15 flat rate fee with free shipping on orders over $150

We offer returns and/or exchanges up to 30 days from purchase for unwashed and unworn items with tags still attached.
Please note: Clearance items, holiday items, seasonal items, and any body/bath/oral care products are final sale and non-refundable.
Because we work with mostly small-batch, handmade, small businesses, there is no guarantee when or if an item will be restocked once it’s sold out. Please feel free to contact us directly if you're looking for a restock timeline on a specific item.
For the most part, yes.
We do however have a few small shop brands that are in-store only, along with certain colours and products that are exclusive to in-store only as well.
